**If the Win+P KB troubleshooting step does not work**
1. Please leave HDMI cables as they are unless it is absolutely necessary or you are plugging directly in to a laptop. If the cable does get disconnected, please reconnect to same HDMI port on the display dock it was in originally.
2. On the computer itself, have the instructor minimize everything until they can see their desktop
3. Right click anywhere on the desktop to show a drop-down menu and select "Display Settings"
4. It should open on a page with "Display" at the top and also to the top left
i.) From this page, scroll down to "Multiple Displays" and select whatever the instructor would like. Normally they use "duplicate these displays" but it depends on what the instructor would like.
a.) The "Extend" option would not mirror the instructors screen and instead would treat the projector screen like another display. They may also have an issue in that same "Multiple Displays" section if an option such as "Show only on 1" or "Show only on 2" is selected. This could result in only seeing an image on the computer screen and not on the projector or vice versa.
