Unable to Chat with Everyone in WebEx

If the "Everyone" option is missing when using the Chat function in WebEx Meetings, you may need to update the application for that option to return.

To update WebEx Meetings:

1. Click the blue Update button along the top menu bar

or

1. Click the Gear icon in the top menu bar
2. Click Check for Updates
