Internet - Phone to Computer Setup

Internet Connection Through Cisco Phone

To hardwire a computer to the network from the phone please connect two ethernet cables in the below locations: 

• One ethernet cable will go from the wall port to the network jack on the phone  with the symbol
•  Another ethernet cable from the phone with the symbol to the computer’s ethernet port

If the internet connection is lost on the phone, you will lose connection for the computer.

Please attempt the below to reestablish connection:

• Check that the cables are plugged into the correct ports on the phone and , wall connection , and computer

• Unplug and plug back in each cable to ensure there is a good connection

• Please let us know if the connection feels loose or damaged
