KnowBe4 - Allowing Phishing Extension Through Google

If you are missing the Phish Alert hook in your SAU Google account's extensions, please try the following:

• Make sure your profile in Chrome has the "Sync" turned on; this can be checked from your profile at the top-right of the browser:

         

         

• Go under the manage extension option from your google account's extensions.
• Once there, make sure the Phish Alert extension active.
  The extensions should look like this once set to active:
  
• Once the extension is active, go under "details," and from there proceed to "extension options." From here you will need to "validate permissions" as shown below:
  
• You should then be prompted to allow the "KnowBe4 Phish Alert" extension through your Google account; once you click apply, you should notice the icon at the top of your Gmail.
