Depending on which client you use for Outlook, it may change how you can utilize templates for easily & quickly responding to emails. This guide will illustrate how to use templates for the web-client of Outlook/Office365.
Open your browser and navigate to Outlook. Compose a new message in the top left corner:
Make sure that you're on the Message tab, from there you should be able to find a small context menu that includes "Apps" and "Enchance Outlook with apps" - click on the "Apps" option:
Once you do this, you'll find another menu where "My Templates" should be the first option.
Click on this and you'll find a list of pre-generated templates, plus the option to add new templates of your own. These templates support complex messages that can include images, ascii characters, and emojis. Be aware that they will not save if the template is too large, but there will be an error message letting you know.
After setting up your templates, you should be able to use these same steps to navigate to the "My Templates" section in order to click on and apply those templates to future emails.
