1. Archiving Emails in Outlook for Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
Using the AutoArchive Feature:

Open Outlook:
- Launch Outlook on your desktop.

Access AutoArchive Settings:
- Go to “File” > “Options”.
- Click “Advanced” in the Outlook Options window.
- Scroll down to the “AutoArchive” section and click “AutoArchive Settings…”.

Configure AutoArchive:
- Check “Run AutoArchive every X days” and set the frequency.
- Choose how old items should be before they’re archived (e.g., 6 months).
- Specify the location for archived items or select the default archive file location.
- Click “OK” to save your settings.

Apply AutoArchive to Specific Folders:
- Right-click on a folder (e.g., Inbox) and select “Properties”.
- Go to the “AutoArchive” tab.
- Choose “Archive this folder using these settings” and specify the archive criteria.
- Click “OK”.
Manually Archiving Emails:

Open Outlook:
- Launch Outlook.

Start the Archive Process:
- Go to “File” > “Tools” > “Clean Up Old Items” (or “Archive”).

Configure the Archive Settings:
- Select “Archive this folder and all subfolders” and choose the folder you want to archive.
- Specify the “Archive items older than” date.
- Choose the location for the archived file (.pst) or use the default location.
- Click “OK” to start archiving.
