Open Apple Mail:
- Launch the Mail app on your Mac/iPhone.
- Launch the Mail app on your Mac/iPhone.

Add a New Account:
- Go to the Mail menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Select Add Account from the drop-down menu.

Choose Account Type:
- In the Add Account window, select Microsoft Exchange.
- Click Continue.

Enter Account Information:
- Enter your Name, Email Address, and Password for the Exchange account.
- Click Sign In.

Select Apps to Use with the Account:
- You’ll be asked which apps you want to use with this account (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes).
- Check the boxes for the apps you want to sync and click Done.

Finish Setup:
- Mail will now begin syncing with your Exchange account. You can close the Accounts window once the setup is complete.

Verify Configuration:
- Check your Mail app to ensure that emails are coming through correctly and other services (like Contacts or Calendars) are syncing as expected.
IF YOU RECEIVE AN ERROR 'CAN NOT CONNECT TO SERVER' AFTER CONNECTING YOUR ACCOUNT; PLEASE ALLOW 5 MINUTES FOR YOUR OUTLOOK INBOX TO SYNC
