Changing display name in Zoom

Change your name on the Zoom web portal

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal
2. In the navigation menu, click Profile
3. By your account profile name, click Edit
4. For your account profile name, enter your First Name and Last Name
5. For your Display Name, enter a name (e.g. your first name, full name, or nickname) that will be shown to others on Zoom
6. Click Save

Change your name on the Zoom clients

Windows |macOS |Linux

1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client
2. Click your profile picture, then click Settings
3. Click Profile
   Note: You can also click My Profile, which will open a new web browser window where you can edit your name in the Zoom web portal.
4. Click Edit My Profile
   A new web browser window will appear, directing you to the Zoom web portal
5. Edit your profile in the Zoom web portal
