The user should receive a secure email that will look like the below:
- To continue to the message select the ‘Click Here’ link on the message.
- The user should be prompted to create an account if one does not already exist for their email.
- If an account was already created for this email and they’ve forgotten the password, please select ‘Forgot Password’ to answer their security question.
- If the account is locked out after attempting the security question, please contact us at itsupport@sau.edu to have the password reset. Please provide the email account that the account is linked to, the URL or a screenshot of the error message, and any other identifiable information to confirm ownership of the account.
- Once in, the user should be able to access the message and any attached document:
